Bege Power Transmission expands its range of encoders by launching two new MIG families.The new encoders continue in line with the concept of a magnetic encoder in the form of a flange mounted between the motor and reducer.To the well-known MIG NOVA +, series of incremental encoders of up to 2048 pulses per turn, with TTL (5 VDC) and HTL (10-24 VDC) power supply and A, B and A and B outputs negated, we now add the MIG BASIC and MIG AST.The MIG Basic has been designed to cover those applications with lower precision (up to 64 Impulses per turn) while maintaining the quality standards of the MIG NOVA+.This MIG BASIC range only supports HTL power (10-24 VDC) and has A and B outputs without the possibility of A and B denied, but it has a lower cost.Available for flanges with a diameter of 80 to 200 mm.On the other hand, the MIG AST range is the single-turn absolute magnetic encoder, also in the form of a flange mounted between the motor and reducer.With SSI or BiSS binary code interface, 5-24 VDC power supply, 1…18 bit resolution and repetition precision less than 0.1º.Available for flanges with a diameter of 90 to 250 mm.All ranges of encoders are available with aluminum or stainless steel flange, IP55 protection as standard or IP67 depending on the type of sealing between flange and motor.
